Following its successful kick off earlier in September, the EUHubs4Data project is working toward the launch of the first open call for cross-border experiments. The open calls aim at selecting and financing innovative experiments carried out by SMEs and entrepreneurs, leveraging the EUHubs4Data datasets and data driven services catalogue. These experiments can focus on different sectors of economic and societal value for Europe (i.e. Healthcare, Manufacturing, AgriFood, Climate, Mobility, Energy) and will help the applicants in testing their service offering and the sustainability of their business ideas.

The first open call will be officially launched during the first week of December and will close on the 29th of January 2021 at noon (Brussels time). Two information sessions have already been scheduled for potential applicants to be able to ask questions on the process and the benefits of the calls:

  • First information session – 18/12/2020 – 12h (Brussels time). Registration here.
  • Second information session – 12/01/2021 – 12h (Brussels time). Registration here.

If you are a SME or an entrepreneur with a great idea for a new data driven business service or product and looking for solutions/support to test it, stay tuned for more!

All information on the first open call as well as all supporting material will be released at the beginning of December. In the meantime, interested parties are strongly encouraged to pre-register to the information sessions.
