In the Safe-DEED (Safe Data-Enabled Economic Development) project the next very interesting public deliverable is now published on the project’s website.
Deliverable 3.1 is about Legal Frameworks and Ethical Issues. It provides a high-level description of the EU legal frameworks that apply to privacy enabled data sharing. The analysis will take into account the legislative initiatives already implemented and those that are still in the approval stage at European level. Deliverable 3.1 identifies the main requirements that should be considered in the technical development of the project. An in-depth legal analysis of the main requirements for the telecom and semiconductor production use cases will be provided in the upcoming deliverables.
