He received the B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, in 1994, and the M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad de Valencia, in 2011 (Master Special Award). He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at University of Agder, Norway, in the areas of distributed signal processing, communication and networking for wireless sensor networks.
He has worked as project and business manager in different companies in the field of communications and information systems, and as researcher at University of Valencia and University of Agder, participating in several national and european projects.He is currently working as Project Manager at the Technological Institute of Valencia (ITI), in the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence (SCI) department.
