This summer the 22nd IEEE International Symposium on a World of Wireless, Mobile and Multimedia Networks (WoWMoM) has hosted a panel on “Edge is the new cloud: vision and perspectives from industry and academia” moderated by the coordinator of the MARVEL project Prof. Sotiris Ioannidis. Edge computing is one of the key pillar technologies of MARVEL and lots of interesting insights were derived from the discussion!
