A high-value use case that requires innovative solutions!
The “Quality of Service in Call Centers” is a high-value use case for any company that wants to maintain a close relationship with their customers. In this Hackathon, we address the challenge of developing algorithms that take the output from speech-to-text technologies (e.g., prosodic and linguistic features) and convert them into relevant information for the Call Center Operations. This services may be used to support the Call Center in screening automatically phone calls and identify efficiently problematic cases. Hence, the main task of this Hackathon is to provide an automatic solution for analysing the calls and predicting the customer satisfaction.

To leverage advanced visualisation approaches and dashboards that harness the power of multiple heterogeneous sources and big-data analytics – this facilitates the ability to take data, to be able to understand it, to process it, to extract value from it, to visualize it, to communicate it, with the primary focus to empower both expert, and non-expert big data practitioners.

We are happy to invite you to the TID Hackathon, which will take place on the 11th of March at 08:00, at the Telefonica I+D building.
The initiative is open to university students, researchers and local companies (SMEs, start-up, innovative).
The event will be an opportunity for you to become acquainted with and obtain new knowledge from the field experts.
Teams up to four (4) people are welcome to participate.
Who is it for?
The TID Hackathon is dedicated to curious and analytical minds, data experts, designers and developers with (but not limited to) competences in:
- Analyzing big and complex data (e.g., Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Statistical
- NLP and speech processing technologies
- Developing big data representation tools and interfaces (GUI, dashboards, advanced visualization techniques, etc.)
