The BigMedilytics project has published a report that presents the final implementations of all the project pilots based on external validation. This document gathers information collected from the previous deliverables (“Initial prototypes of specific components for all BigMedilytics pilots” and “Updated prototypes of specific components for all BigMedilytics pilots”), as well as different interviews with people working on the technical aspects within the pilots.
The report is part of the work package 1 within the project, led by DFKI, whose goal is to oversee the transfer of mature Big Data technologies into the 12 BigMedilytics pilots that cover the areas with the main impact on the healthcare sector.
Under the title “Final implementations of specific components for all BigMedilytics pilots”, this new document presents a high-level architecture of each system, including a brief description and the different relevant aspects of the pilots according to various big data topics.
About the BigMedilytics project
The BigMedilytics project is one of the largest EU-funded initiatives under the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme to transform the region’s healthcare sector through the use of big data. The initiative aims to achieve better patient outcomes in healthcare at a lower cost through the application of big data solutions.
