“Hack the Forest Data” challenge (18th – 20th May 2018 in Helsinki, Finland) is arranged together by Finnish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Finnish Forest Centre and DataBio project.

Finland has one of the best forest data resources in the world, but there is limited number of commercial solutions utilizing that data. The challenge is to create an innovative solution by combining forest resource data with other open data sources. End-users of the solution can be – but are not limited to – forest industry, forest owners, other forest stakeholders or citizens. More info here.
